I write this, weeks away from turning 50. Realizing I am the first Ell woman to embrace the simple lifestyle my Grandfather started communicating, back in the 1940's. Now in 2024, I begin to understand some of his frustration that led to Ell Farm. He saw family, friends and loved ones losing wELLness because of lifestyle choices. Introduction of processed foods, people were still a heck of a lot more active and ate a fraction of processed foods, but still he noticed the health issues.
Today, Heart Disease, Stroke, Type II Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome, Chronic Obstructive Metabolic Syndrome and some Cancers are at epidemic proportions. These are non-communicable and chronic diseases. You don't just catch these disorders, there are some actions that can drastically cut down your chances of developing and can even improve your situation if you have developed one of these.
The wELLness Lifestyle, that we share at Ell Farm, I have no doubt is what took Howard Ell's Grandaughter (me) off the path of developing one or a few of these diseases, and has allowed me to be in the besth shape, health of my life as I stroll past 50. I've seen phenomenal health in the 70's and 80's by my Dad, (Bob Ell) and my Grandfather (Howard Ell). I have also seen poor health in my family. I have seen chronic diseases ravaging family members who never grasped that lifestyle directly contributes to how you age, and can even change the path of your aging.
Full disclosure, I am terrible about social media.... it's the whole sitting down at a computer thing, I hate that. However, I am going to try and start doing a bit better at sharing my Family's legacy and my own journey. I am doing this in the hopes that it helps someone else. I was born into this family. The result of taking accountability for your wELLness by nutrition, movement and other lifestyle choices has been with me, my entire life. Grasping the concept and implementing it for myself, came after creating a path into the lifestyle related disorders early in my life. Thank goodness, I had the examples I had, or I wouldn't have even thought I had any chance of changing that path.
Quick post to get things started. I am also thrilled to answer any questions that you may have. I'm sharing this on my timeline, but I'm more than happy to jump to specific areas upon request.

The Corrupted Lightbringer is a Diablo IV gold unique two-handed mace introduced in Diablo IV Season 9. It significantly enhances the Ursine Crush ability, one of the most iconic skills in the Druid's Werebear form. Normally, Ursine Crush is a powerful single-target attack, but with the Corrupted Lightbringer equipped, it creates a Poison Pond at the point of impact. Enemies standing in the Poison Pond suffer from the Suppression debuff, slowing their movement and reducing their effectiveness in combat.
This alone would make the Corrupted Lightbringer highly valuable, but its synergy with the Druid's Shatter skill elevates it to another level. When Shatter is cast on the Poison Pond, it triggers a poison splash around the area, dealing significant AoE (Area of Effect) damage to all nearby enemies. This combination of crowd control and AoE poison damage makes the Corrupted Lightbringer an essential piece of Diablo IV Items gear for any Druid running a bear-focused build.
However, this time I opted for a Gon this time, shrinking him down in the expansive character to creator, to not be an absolute mammoth of a man as I slung around projectiles made of ice and fire, alternating to keep up status effects as a Forcemaster. However, I did end up remaking the character I played in the original BnS NEO Divine Gems, a Jin Kung-Fu Master. She excelled in hand-to-hand combat, and I loved making use of perfect blocks to deal damage back to enemies, and even counter attacks at later levels. The dynamic action of that class continued to call to me, and in the end I abandoned my Forcemaster (which is Blade and Soul’s caster) for the raw damage my fists provided.
Other classes are available too. The Gon Destroyer slots into what I would consider Blade and Soul Neo’s closest equivalent to a tank, and the Lyn Summoner, which is kind of a healer. But I wouldn’t say that any of these classes are defined in any real way, it really just impacts the range and damage you do. Since there are no true healers or tanks, the game relies on a “downed system” which allows for players to revive themselves if they can stay out of combat for a specific period of time. Aggro swapping is a popular technique, with players juggling the attention of the boss to give party members room to breathe and heal.
There is also some cross pollination with the classes the Blade Master can be selected by the Jin and Yun, the Forcemaster can be played by Jin, Yun, and Gon, the Kung-Fu Master by the Jin, Gon, and Yun, and the Summoner and Destroyer unique to the Lyn and Gon respectively. Blade and Soul Neo will roll out other classes, like the Warlock, through a planned update this spring. So if you’re looking to try out that class, you’re better off waiting. Because leveling Blade and Soul is a chore by comparison to modern MMORPGs.
As to be expected, the grind is relatively slow. You get experience from side-quests, main scenario quests, and class specific quests, which are designated with color coordinated markers. The main scenario quests don’t provide enough experience to get you through the story unbothered, so you’ll want to pick up some side-quests along the way, which do help flesh out the world, even if objectives are as menial as picking a specific amount of flowers for an NPC or burning the bodies of jiangshi.
You can also just do the main scenario and class quests if you want, it’ll just be a touch harder. But that’s where the fun comes in. Since buy Blade and Soul NEO Classic Divine Gems is so skill based, you can tackle bosses and challenges at significantly lower levels and sometimes walk away victorious. It can take awhile to whittle these bosses down (which feel like they have inflated health pools in Neo), but it is possible. Better weapons do help, which can be obtained through quests or in-game gacha wheels that are littered throughout the handful of regions currently available in the game, along with Soul Shields. Soul Shields are where your stats come from, and you can customize what you want to prioritize, like attack and critical hits, and so forth. Sometimes Soul Shields from the earlier eras of the game might suit your playstyle more, and you can mix and match to varying effect.
I came across a bog witch after fighting some enemies down here of your Diablo IV Gold variety. Like a lot of animals from the franchise, she had been three times my size and twice as successful. This is a mission I came close to beating on my own but her attacks came it was clear I needed additional time for a better strategy on the clock, or I had to get some help.
Overall I liked the presentation. This felt as if I moved back using a cleaner landscape and travel choices, to Diablo 4. The random experiences were not overwhelming and cool. It was fine to see players and know that if I wanted to, I could follow along on whatever mission they were working on. The NPC encounters are what they are, kinda stiff individuals hanging out in places awaiting you to come do some thing. Nonetheless, it's a demonstration, so determine what happens in the rest of the development before the game comes out and I'm going to forgive them. However, the images were awesome all the way around.
So far as the characters go, I had been digging out the Sorceress, except she is super squishy. The demo hauled through half of them getting around, and provides you 50 health insurances only if. The Barbarian is much what you would expect, a tank character that will cut down things to size, however you have to get in close and you open up to hurt. As he could summon spells and monsters to assist him the Druid was my surprise favorite. My favorite was turning into a werewolf and a freakin' bear to rip people with.
I had a wonderful time playing Diablo 4, I wish it wasn't on a timer. Why considering we had been at a convention, I get, but that is clearly going to wind up being a game I could spend hundreds of hours. Hopefully Blizzard will offer that same demonstration to the public to try out.
Fans responded in an way. While there were many contributing factors to describe that reaction, the recent statement of some full-fledged Path of Exile Mobile match which sacrifices none of the PC version's complexity makes it crystal clear that Diablo 4 might easily be a cellular port, and could be a much better option than Diablo 4 admissions.
This build rewards precision. Properly timing your Hammer of the POE 2 Currency Orbs and Supercharged Slam ensures you maximize damage output during critical moments, such as boss phases or elite packs. Early in the game, rely on Perfect Strike for consistent damage against bosses. As you scale your gear, your slam abilities will become your primary tools for dealing with tougher enemies.
Always carry a mix of health, mana, and utility flasks. Flasks with increased armor or elemental resistance modifiers are especially valuable in challenging fights. As this build evolves with your experience, you'll discover new ways to optimize its mechanics. Don't hesitate to experiment with different skill setups and gear to suit your playstyle.
High burst damage, capable of quickly eliminating packs and bosses. Unique playstyle that leverages time manipulation for cooldown reduction. Scales well with proper investment in gear and currency. Relies heavily on cooldown management, requiring precise timing. Melee range makes survivability a constant challenge. Recent nerfs to Supercharged Slam reduce overall damage potential without proper scaling.
The Slam Chronomancer is a high-risk, high-reward build that offers a unique take on melee gameplay in Path of Exile 2. While it requires significant investment in both gear and POE 2 Currency, the payoff is a satisfying playstyle centered around explosive damage and strategic cooldown management.
As you embark on this build, remember that it's still a work in progress expect to refine and adapt it as you gain more experience. Whether you're smashing through hordes or facing off against powerful bosses, the Slam Chronomancer ensures every fight feels impactful. So gear up, stockpile your orbs, and prepare to dominate the battlefield with cheap POE2 Currency time on your side!
